He has held various positions within the company across production, development, customer service, and sales. He also serves as Chairman of Councils and Commissions within the organization. Founding partner of the International Federation of Entrepreneurs (Fi-2), he has developed multiple high-impact business models for technological solutions. He holds advanced studies in securities structuring and public offerings from the Superintendencia de Compañías y Valores. As a consultant, he has advised numerous companies in systems, software, and design. He specializes in global alliances and international expansion. He has received prestigious awards, including Emprende Ecuador, the Entrepreneurship Boot Camp from the Universidad Central del Ecuador, and Startup Weekend, among others.

Mauricio Arias

Business Engineer from EPN (Escuela Politécnica Nacional), Ontological and Organizational Coach, and Co-Founder of Digital Arias. He has held various positions within the company across administration, sales, customer service, and the board of directors. Founding partner of the International Federation of Entrepreneurs (Fi-2). As an active trade association leader, he has served on multiple boards, including CAPEIPI (Cámara de la Pequeña y Mediana Empresa de Pichincha) and the Quito Exhibition Center (EEQ). He is also a member of the CCQ (Cámara de Comercio de Quito), a strategic ally of Fedexpor (Federación Ecuatoriana de Exportadores), and a partner in the business group Empresarios Por Quito. He has consulted for numerous companies and startups to drive their expansion, and has received prestigious awards, including Emprende Ecuador and Startup Weekend, among others. He specializes in high-impact business models and global vision.

María Fernanda Velasteguí

Business Engineer from EPN (Escuela Politécnica Nacional), Financial and Economic Analyst, and Intangible Products Sales Advisor. She is a specialist in research, innovation, and community outreach projects. Throughout her career, she has held various positions in both public and private organizations across commercial, administrative, and innovation sectors. As a consultant, she specializes in business modeling and corporate advising. She has also managed and developed research, innovation, and community outreach journals. Notably, she served as the first Research and Outreach Analyst at EPN's Vice-Rectorate for Research and Community Outreach. Additionally, she was an Assistant at the Technology Transfer Directorate of the Secretaría Nacional de Educación Superior, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (Senecyt), and an Analyst and Assistant for EPN's Doctoral Programs project

Paul Arias

Software Engineering graduate from ESPE, early-stage entrepreneur, and leader in building high-impact businesses. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Digital Arias, where he drives innovation, automation, and the growth of technological solutions and digital models. As the founder of initiatives such as Ceres Valle de Los Chillos and Aya Motors, he has also developed agribusiness projects by integrating technology and productive efficiency. He holds Cisco networking certifications and possesses extensive experience in systems, e-commerce, and crypto assets. A winner of multiple national and international competitions, he stands out for his strategic vision, leadership, and ability to scale businesses in technological and productive environments.
